At the corner of Angelaki and Alexandrou Svolou streets, the bronze bust of the legendary Marika Kotopouli—crafted by sculptor K. Kampadakis—gazes silently toward the sky of Thessaloniki. It is one of the city’s most dramatic and expressive public sculptures, dedicated to the woman who left an indelible mark on modern Greek theater.

γλύπτη Κυριάκο Καμπαδάκη, κοιτάζει σιωπηλά τον ουρανό της Θεσσαλονίκης. Ένα από
τα πιο δραματικά και εκφραστικά δημόσια γλυπτά της πόλης, αφιερωμένο στη
γυναίκα που σφράγισε το νεοελληνικό θέατρο.
